李青

李青,女,副研究员,2011年获得大连理工大学有机化学博士学位,同年加入中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所工作。主要研究领域为天然多糖的化学修饰及其应用活性。根据需要对多糖进行功能化的化学修饰,制备具有高抗氧化、高抗菌性、绿色低毒性的多糖衍生物,扩大多糖在农药、保健品、生物制品、食品等领域的应用范围。同时开展了壳聚糖衍生物对全氟化合物等小分子有机污染物的吸附工作,拓展壳聚糖在水处理领域的应用。主持了国家自然科学基金1项、山东省自然科学基金及重点研发计划4项,烟台市科技发展计划1项。在国内外期刊发表论文20多篇,授权发明专利3项,参与编写中文专著1部。
